You only really find out about how good a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered a 16 port managed switch (on Friday, arrived Monday) which was far too noisy when powered up, and I had to send it back. I reported it yesterday and collection is arranged for today. Transaction with merchant was fine. The courier company they use (CityLink?) let them down. The order comprised 3 boxes. Only two were delivered at first with the courier leaving a 'not able to deliver' slip for the third (once he discovered his mistake). The process to reclaim the 3rd package from the courier's office (although their fault) took over 2 hours. Other ppl at the courier's office reported similar issues. This company highly reputed as being a great retailer and as a first time customer, I can say I wasn't disappointed in the least. Cheapest place I could find for my purchase, with what seems to be a very reliable stock check system on the website. Goods delivered very quickly, and in perfect condition.
