I bought a digital camera but I wasn't told that camera was sold out, so I had to contact Dabs.com many times until they told me they didn't know when this camera would be delivered.
I canceled my order and bought this product in another shop which delivered it in days, as they promissed.

At first I thought from their web site thatthe goods were in stock but they were not, so I used their instant messenging service. They told me new stock would arrive in 2 days and would be despatched immediately it arrived. I ordered on Tuesday evening and it arrived with me on the following Saturday morning. Good service!

My experience with dabs.com is really bad. I ordered an item in November 2007, which appeared to be faulty so I had to give it back. They tried to send a good condition item bacj to me, unfortunately I am not sure what happened but the item was sent back to dabs.com without even reaching me. It is 18th of January and I am still waiting for the refund!!! I am writing to dabs.com every day, but all they saing is "it will be dealt with later today", which is not happening. I am really disappointed

I ordered a product - Mio 268 sat nav - which was described a reconditioned. However, it arrived as new albeit a 2005 spec model which was disappointing. It arrived on time and at the price I was comfortable to pay

It has been okay except the initial delay of 1 to 2 days has turned into a week so far so although I am not in any hurry for the goods, I could have been and so this delay could have been a problem. Hopefully the goods will come this week or I may consider cancelling the order or changing part of it.

Very poor service item (DVD player)listed as awaiting purchase, contacted Dabs and asked when item would be purchased. Customer support could not give an answer as this was not listed on computer and they stated they was no way of finding out until item appeard as in stock on the computer. This was a discrafull answer and did not answer my question as i could of been waiting weeks for item. Item canccelled will not use again.

Ordered 7pm and it arrived the next afternoon at 3pm, and I had only picked 1 to 3 day delivery. Item hidden from view in a plain box which I believe is an excellent Idea.
The second item was smaller, it arrived by mail within the stated time. Easy to use site with good item descriptions.
Excellent overall experience, the only non positive is the delivery costs which are mainly included in competitors pricing, at least items over a certain amount.

Usually have items delivered to my office address but changed this one to my home address (which is registered for my credit card). For some reason this required review by the security team at Dabs and this took longer than I could wait for delivery. A repeat order to be delivered to my work address hit the same problem, so my account looks to be messed up.
