I ORDERED A PHONE MONDAY NO PHONE ARRIVED ON TUES, I CALLED T MOBILE UP AND WAS TOLD IT SHOULD BE WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. NOTHING!, CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE PHONE I CHOSE WAS ONLY FOR CONTRACT ALTHOUGH IT WAS ADVERTISED AS PAY AS YOU GO ON THE WEB. I WAS MEANT TO RECEIVE A CALL BACK AS THEY WERE WAITING ON THE WAREHOUSE TO CONTACT THEM, NOBODY CALLED. I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD THE PERSON I COULD GET THE PHONE ON ANOTHER WEB SITE WITH FREE DELIVERY. HE SAID WELL ORDER IT FROM THEM AND NOT US!

ordered phone on web for next day delivery...phoned followind day to be told by person on phone that no order was received from me, put me on to another preson who said..yes order WAS received but could not give me a delivery date for phone..
