awful service-ordered a bed over 3 months ago-delivered incomplete-did not deliver the missing bits despite ringing them on more than 10 occasions.......so, I cancelled the order, however, each time they give me a date to collect, they don't turn up AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY......AVOID!!

It all worked very well except for one element. I should have been told an item was on a delay of up to six weeks when I put in the order. I didn't find that out until I telephoned to check when my order would be dispatched. Such an extensive delay obviously has a bearing on whether or not you would like to continue with the order and I shouldn't have had to make an extra phone call to find out.

Order was placed on 25th September 2006, it is now 11th November and the order has still not arrived. Have received contact only once to say there was a slight delay. Have not heard anything since.

one of the items was faulty and i had recieved no information on the return/exchange procedure so i emailed the customer services and asked all i needed to know in the email but it took 4 emails back and forth before all the questions i asked in the 1st email to be answered.

I use Additions direct on a fairly regular basis and have never had any problems with the service. The website is very easy to use and delivery is fast and efficient, as are returns. I will definitely use Additions direct again in the near future.

Consort wall units - only complaint would be that the catalogue stated 'Ready assembled' but the top and bottom halves needed to be placed in position and joined. When I asked the delivery drivers if that was not part of the delivery service ie, unwrap, check and assemble they said no. They didn't even give me chance to inspect the furniture - just delivered and left.

good website all info that is needed is there, when i phoned customer service with a query the person on the phone was very helpful. I had to leave the enquiry with her and i was phoned back very promptly, so i would say the customer service is excellent.

Since i've been with Additions never had any problem with thier service , the only thing is their children/teenagers sizing is a bit out. My 10yr old will wear their 13 yrs clothing. But i will continue to shop with them as their service is top.

My last experience of shopping with Additions Direct was a positive one. The item I wanted was in stock and was delivered before the estimated delivery date.
I didn't track the staus of my delivery as I was given an estimated delivery date to look to and the item was delivered before this date.
I did need to return the item unfortunately due to size and this was also handled well.
Overall it was a positive experience.

I ordered 2 items of furniture because the colours matched my little girls new bedroom perfectly.- both were delivered on different days, I was told anytime between 8am and 6pm so had to take 2 full days off work. Furniture was of very poor quality for price and for a childs bedroom.
Phoned customer services who said it would be uplifted but could take up to 21 days, I was offered no apology for all the inconvenience and was not given any advice about a refund.
Overall I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of furniture I received and would not buy from or recommend this company in the future.
