Unhelpful, rude, food quality is below average and I can't recommend them, I know I won't be using them again.

- When things go wrong, tesco DO NOT care.
- Previous custom/loyalty with the company (they do have the history, based on clubcard stuff) counts for nothing.
- Improvements suggested are rarely implemented.
- Their people lie, and get away with it!!!
- They expect you to answer unknown calls, but don't expect their people to.

I ordered a washing machine on Friday 5th January having read the propoganda on the Tesco website which said they would deliver with 3-5 days. I heard no more and ended up ringing several times I was told delivery would be on Friday 12th then definitely on Saturday the 13th. I rang on Saturday only to be told it would be Wednesday at the earliest. I propmptly cancelled the order and bought one elsewhere as I have 3 kids. Don't touch Tesco with a 10 foot barge pole they do not tell the truth.

I get the feeling from two seperate experiences with TESCO.com that they are the poor relations of the high street store. Their customer service is below what anyone could reasonably expect. Their couriers are incompetent fools who believe that throwing items over a six foot fence is an expedient means of delivery. I am now on the look out for an extremely long barge pole and will not use this store again until I find one the length of the channel tunnel. future customers be warned!!!

I made several attempts to order a garden shredder at about £180. Tesco seems to assume that everyone has a phone number, otherwise they will not do business. Strange!

I ordered a Dyson vac, delivery was 3 to 7 days. It took 21 days, several phone calls and emails to sort out and once it was delivered I found out I have been charged the wrong amount. If you order online to make life easier DO NOT order from Tesco!

Ordered the XL rose and lilly bouquet for my wife. the online ordering process was straightforward and reassuring. Recieved a confirmation email to confirm the goods had been shipped, always a nice touch. The flowers arrived early the next day. I shall be trading off these for some time. For just over £30 the flowers were in excellent condition and of the highest order. The only problem I have now is my wife thinks I've done something wrong! Excellent service all round.

If you want your Grandmother to receive a bunch of wilted flowers for her 80th birthday that have to be thrown out the day after receipt and for customer services to refuse to do any more than replace the bunch then use Tesco. Otherwise try one of the hundreds of much more competent operators in the field.

Ordered wine and notified of price of order and amount to be taken from bank account. When I checked bank account Tesco had over charged. Took a great deal of effort to get my money back. Very reluctant to use Tesco again, if I had not checked my account this would have gone un noticed.

I ordered a juicer from tesco.com on the 12th December and was quoted a three to five day delivery period. My account was debited on the 14th December. When the juicer failed to be delivered I attempted to find out the status of my order only to discover that this required a phone call to Tesco. After three calls I have now asked for a refund as it's pretty clear that Tesco have no idea what's happened to my order. Even this procedure is not very clear.

STEER WELL CLEAR.
This store has possibly the worst customer service EVER. The microwave I brought packed up. It was reported on the Friday. Earliest they'd collect was Weds, but they never turned up (after waiting all day). Still no sign the following Saturday, despite daily calls to their rude, unhelpful customer services, who assure me each time that a new collection has been arranged.
Tesco Electricals is run by Grattan, and they use Parcel Net as the courier (also part of Grattan).

I ordered a TV form TESCO.com without any problems, but is necesary to be considered that you have to stay at home for 4 days waiting the delivery. I was locked at home all this time waiting but the TV was not came. In afternoom of the 7th day I called to the costumer service and they just said to me that the credit card was rejected. Then in the 8th day, I recieved a letter to inform me about the credit card. Please!!! a little of respect for the costumer.

I brought a Panasonic Vacuum cleaner form Tesco online.
Ordering and delivery was easy and very quick. But the cleaner
packed up after 6 months.
After numerous e-mails to customer services it was collected for return (they messed that up as well)I heard nothing for 4 weeks so I wrote to their HQ.After a week I received a simple letter with a refund, no reason as to why the cleaner broke down or why
in all it took 6 weeks to sort
the problem out.My advice STEER WELL CLEAR.

I bought a sewing machine and needed to return it within the warranty. Ordering & delivery were fine but the return was a mysery - I had to arrange it 4 times until they came to collect it. I had to wait for them an entire day at home (as they would not estimate the time of day the courier would come). The other 3 occasions they just advised me to leave the item outside (!?!) so that I wouldn't have to wait for them. After a month they eventually collected the item and refunded promptly.

I ordered a Beko fridge freezer which was ordered easily, quickly and politely over the telephone. (That was requested if a specific time for delivery was required, otherwise I'd have done it over the internet). It arrived exactly as stated, well packaged and polite delivery staff. My only (small) complaint was that it took a little while to receive an invoice.

If you would like to buy a recumbent exercise bike, delivered late with parts missing, broken and not working ... then go to Tesco.
Otherwise order elsewhere
