I placed my order over the telephone. The sales person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. They answered all the questions I asked relating to the scanning cash register that was interested in. It was delivered within two days with the Sampos software I also ordered.

The batteries i found to be good value,however the cost of delivery, i thought was too dear,if they had used royal mail recorded delivery,i thought they could have reduced the cost of delivery to the customer.also they should make it clearer on their website how long delivery will take. their reply to my email was prompt. perhaps if more customers mention the high cost of delivery they will look into the matter & do something about it.
