Wrong goods sent (promptly!) on 12 Feb. Despite 4 e-mails (and 4 auto responses promising "A member of liGo is currently dealing with your email as a priority and will respond shortly..") and 2 phone calls (each cut off unanswered after 2mins 30sec) no real response whatever at time of writing (22 Feb). Excellent customer service. Equipment was not in stock when I ordered. Received an immediate e-mail informing me and asking if I wanted to cancel order or not. i kept order open, and received an e-mail 2 days later to say item was in stock and had been despatched. Relate 3000 excellent as our "special needs" phone. The BT Diverse 6450 Twin is also just great even though I'm an NTL user and was nearly deflected by the adverse comments of other NTL users. Product description & feature list on the website could be more comprehensive. The triple handset I bought does not transfer phonebook numbers between handsets automatically as with previous models I had owned. This means entering all numbers three times....
