No problem with buying stuff, but I am irritated by getting too much spam from this merchant. I am interested to hear what they have to offer, but once a week would be more than enough. Sometimes I seem to get one or more updates every day, and it is a nuisance. I may have to block it or terminate it altogether if it continues at this rate.

There were delays as the carrier did not leave cards, or if they did they hid them well!!! In the end we had to go to an alternative supllier. In other words Miscos carrier let them down.

Great Bargain. Minor unexpected delay due to my new address not showing up on their database, hence a security check being performed - but this is understandable, and resolved quickly and professional. Infact when I phoned them regarding the issue I half expected to be put on hold for 10-15 minutes before talking to someone from india - put the phone was answered within 3 rings and was answered by some who could understand someone with a regional accent. So yet again I get great service from Misco.

I ended up dealing with an unsupervised novice, However I was bailed out with experienced members of the firm anf got a refund for goods that I had been charged for that were not in stock and had been discontiued from the manufacturers. Somewhat of a nightmare but hpoefully a one off. Ie how can I be sold and charged for a 3 year warranty for a product that I have not got and is discontinued!

Before making my purchase I rang to check that what I wanted would actually work together. The person I spoke to seemed very knowledgable and reassured me that they would be OK.
