Camera was received slightly late but the tracking was still showing the order as being processed at the time when it was due to arrive. I contacted PurelyGadgets & the response was good & I then received the camera the next day.

I still haven't received my order. I only used this merchant because of the 3 to 5 day delivery. I have not managed to get through by telephone and my email was not directly responded to although I did receive one email which appeared to refer to 'user agreements' and felt mildly threatening to me.

The web site is slow to load but when you are in it is very good .The Garmin 670 that i bought has poor battery life!!!!!!

Only received the camera at the moment. Camera case and XD picture card dispatched separately, still waiting for these to arrive 10 days later. Annoying as it was ordered as a birthday present

on placeing the order for the camera and the spare battery Iwas informed that the camera was ex stock, and the battery would follow.I recieved the battery first,4 days after the order was placed, the camera was delivered 10days after order.

I ordered this camera from Purelygadgets as the price was very competitive and more importantly, they were advertising it as in stock, and with a delivery time of 2-5 working days. Ten days after having ordered it, I am still awaiting the goods. I have tried ringing and received an automated response telling they're having phone problems, and which subsequently cut me off. I have emailed their support line a couple of times but other than an automated response giving me a case number and telling me they'd get back to me within 24hours - again nothing. I leave for Australia in four days time and really wanted to take this camera with me - now it looks as though I won't get it and will have to buy another one while I'm there. To say I'm not happy is putting it midly!

Despite the company assuring me that I would receive my goods within 2-5 working days, I have yet to take delivery. I am now 14 days after placing the order, but purelygadgets.com have not contacted me to explain the delay. I have tried the customer phone line, but an answer message stated that this mode of communication was no longer operational. An email earlier today has yet to yeild any response. The company is, in my opinion, a shambles, and despite the low prices, I will not be using it in the future.

Order was not in stock despite saying it was on Web Site. Phone numbers did not get answered or were switched off. E-mails were not replied to.

Emailed incorrect delivery information, they couldn't tell me whether product had been shipped or not so no warning of correct delivery date. Telephone contact very slow or faulty. Email replies received reasonably quickly.

I should qualify the above comments. My order was incomplete on delivery. I am still awaiting for the merchant to resolve the issue. The order was quite recent and I am hopeful of a quick resolution. If the matter is resolved quickly I would rate the merchant more highly.
