Pros: RAW a plus, feels good in your hand, great lens, USB 2.0, and more...
Cons: a little noisy at high ISO speeds(800, 1600), very little else
Bottom Line: I highly recommend this camera for its picture quality, versatility, and easy handling. It has exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure it will exceed most others.

Pros: Great image quality (300 dpi), full manual control, great lens, actually looks like a camera
Cons: Unintuitive menu layout, finicky autofocus, finicky exposure, noise noticeable at ISO 400+
Bottom Line: Fujifilm has hit the sweet spot between a basic point & shoot and dSLR. Definitely buy.

Pros: Big images. Manual focus ring. Manual zoom. Good video. Can shoot raw. Easy manual controls.
Cons: No interchangeable lenses. Learning curve for low-light shooting.
Bottom Line: This is the camera that let me retire my film SLR and my wife's digital sureshot.

Pros: Manual barrel rings for zoom and focus. Handling - the overall feel.
Cons: Although shutter lag is very slight, it needs to be anticipated for action shots.
