Pros: Multitude of functinos, double display, good resolution.
Cons: A bit chunky for one-handed camera, needs work to get used to.
Bottom Line: Good quality, above average movies, good picture compression, lots of functions.

Pros: Picture quality, color capture, lens, close up pictures, night mode, 2 time selects in selftimer
Cons: Requires Lithium cell and not AA.
Bottom Line: Go for it, it has many of the features of a basic SLR camera good enough for an enthusiast, and excellent results!
