Epinions Broke on first try

Pros: Easy to use.
Cons: Broke when using it the first time.
Review: When using the camera for the first time the lens froze open. I got a lens error and error number on the LCD. I called HP with the error number and they did not know what to tell me. I returned the camera for a Canon PowerShot SD750 (more money but ...
