Great looking, but not the best for the price!

About 1 year ago, I bought this camera for $200 from Amazon. Let me admit that I bought the camera for its sleek look, but now looking back... I really would have made a different choice. This camera is really beautiful but it doesn't perform as well as some of the Sony or Canon cameras that my friends have.

Now, by "not performing as well" I mean that the image is not as clear, not as close to real-life, and not as sharp. I've configured the camera and tried many options but the best I can get is still less than what other cameras can produce.

If you take pictures at night and use the correct options that comes out really well though. Just make sure you don't shake your hands too much (I like to put the camera against something stable for this). They have this option called something like "anti-shake technology", which doesn't work really well... if you shake even a little bit the picture will still be blurry.

Let me add that there is a small trick about the battery. The battery shows itself in 3 bars. The first bar lasts a long time, but the second and the third bad (especially the third) goes away at a much faster rate. So don't assume that you still have a lot of battery life left when you get to the second bar - it'll be gone before you know it!

I really don't blame Samsung. They make wonderful electronics but I guess they just hasn't been in the camera market for long.

This camera does have some good features though, including:

- Nice zoom (but when you zoom really high it becomes blurry)
- Option to add frames to your photos (there are 8 of them I believe?)

There are many specs that I haven't included because I am not a camera expert. This post is more meant for general users.
