Pros: good balance of features, price & size
Cons: LCD display wart
The Bottom Line: Great value for the money. Decent feature set. Great image quality. I never leave home without it. Because of that, I get great impromptu shots.
Review: Having owned the DSC-P1, I traded in my P1 for a DSC-P7. Although the megapixel count was the same, it was a big step up for several reasons.

Cons: batteries run low very quickly. But that may be because I am using it constantly
