Pros: Memory card usage expand the number of pictures that can be taken.
Cons: LCD is a little small but aren't they all.
Review: Great pictures indoor or out, also does video clips. Easy to learn my 10 year old uses it with no problem. No cons really battery usage can be licked by the use of rechargeable batteries or power adapter. ...

Epinions Great value digital camera!

by  lmkramer,  Mar 21, 2004
Pros: Great price, good quality, easy to use, movie clips.
Cons: Goes through batteries quickly.
The Bottom Line: If you're on a budget and need a digital camera, this is a good camera at a very reasonable price!
Review: The Concord EyeQ camera, which I had paid $80 for less than a year ago, suddenly went goofy on me, so I was suddenly in the market for a new digital camera, but on a very limited budget. As luck would have it, Target had this camera on sale for $88 that ...

by  mrlnj,  Apr 8, 2004
Pros: Takes awesome outdoor pictures Ease of use Some manual settings Does video
Cons: Battery consumption! LCD display is anemic! Flash strength Customer support
The Bottom Line: On a budget...get a 128MB card, rechargable batteries and this camera...you will likely be pretty happy!
Review: Picked this up for less than $100. I then added a 128MB card and recently began using rechargeble and am very impressed with this camera for the amount I spent on it. I have the benefit of being able to truely compare a few cameras as I have another ...

Epinions Glad I have it!

by  picturejunkie,  Apr 25, 2004
Pros: good quality pics at highest setting, date imprinting, picture counter in corner
Cons: really bad in low lighting situations! Can't take them at all!
The Bottom Line: If you have never owned a digital and just want to take snapshots of memories... for the price you can't beat it!
Review: I got this camera as a xmas gift this year and couldn't wait to see what kind of quality it had once pics were printed. I was amazingly happy with the quality for a 3.3 mp. I don't have too many hang ups about this camera considering it was less than ...

Epinions Good but some concerns

by  kyleford,  Jul 25, 2004
Pros: easy to use, on board memory, lightweight.
Cons: Battery eater! Date/time stamp.
Review: I got this camera really cheap (at Target) because I needed something small and inexpensive. It's been really easy to use and I like the picture quality, so far. What I don't like is how it eats batteries way too fast, looses settings once turned off (I ...

Epinions The Best

by  clearmind05,  May 12, 2004
Pros: 3.3 megapixels, Light weight
Cons: no lcd lighting features. no audio in video mode.
Review: This is so far the best digital camera I have ever used for such a great price! The picture quality is awesome. It looks like you have just gotten your roll of film developed. Lcd screen is dark if you have no light in the room. Lcd contains no led ...

Epinions Vivitar Vivicam 3705, my son's camera

by  artemis8,  Mar 19, 2007
Pros: my 2 year old can take photos with it, decent pictures
Cons: devours batteries, no optic zoom, poor design for card/battery input, bad in poor lighting
The Bottom Line: This is a good camera for basic photography, easy and sturdy enough for a child to use. It doesn't do well in poor lighting though and uses batteries up quickly.
Review: Three Black Fridays ago while I was shopping for other people but still keeping my eye open for myself, I found this camera. My husband had a Sony digital camera and I noticed the Vivitar Vivicam 3705 on sale for $65, normally $130. I figured it'd ...

Epinions The Case of the Missing Battery

by  lucian443,  Jan 5, 2007
Pros: The ease of use, point and shoot, easy file transfer.
Cons: The very short Battery life, date/time stamp.
The Bottom Line: This is a good camera for everyday use. The quality is good enough for taking photos of things you may want to sell on Ebay.
Review: I wanted to get an entry level digital camera and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I happened to be at Target one day and saw this camera on sale. Since this was also going to a training exercise in digital photography for me, I bought it. I also ...

Epinions the plastic part

by  canera649,  Dec 10, 2007
Pros: great pictures; my first digital; okay for a small child use; great night vision shots
Cons: plastic hinges on the battery/card/USB compartment; not a secure battery contact
The Bottom Line: Recommend to a friend but I would tell them about the plastic hinged compartment
Review: I purchased my Vivitar 3705 from Target, about 4 years ago for $79 on sale. I had Vivitar 3705 cameras before, so this was a bonus. The battery/disk compartment was a hassle. When the disk was to be downloaded/read, the batteries "pop" up, thus ...

Epinions Good for a starter camera

by  findleyreview,  Feb 5, 2006
Pros: Size.ease of use. user friendly. Downloading pictures very easy.
Cons: The lens cover when open states it isn't. Battery hog unless using rechargeable batteries.
Review: All in all this is a decent camera. However, after using the camera for almost a year it started giving me problems. Almost like it knew the warranty had expired. This camera like most has a spring action lever that activates the cameras use and ...
